Cottage Cheese Steak Sauce

Mix a 230 g tub Lancewood smooth cottage cheese with one of the following and serve with steak, chips and salad:

15 ml crushed green pepper corns and 15 ml whole green pepper corns
30 ml chopped red or green chillies
45 ml wholegrain mustard
45 ml Hot English mustard
60 ml chopped peppadews
60 ml sweet chilli sauce
60 ml chutney
30 ml crushed garlic
45 ml chopped chives
45 ml mixed herbs
