Creamed Smooth Cottage Cheese: This typically has a fat level of 15%. It has a much softer texture than our cream cheeses and has a more lactic taste. Use in a variety of recipe formulations, dips or potato toppings.
Chunky Cottage Cheese: Traditionally made, this product has a characteristically larger curd and delicious creamy dressing. Use it in salads and open top sandwiches. Available in Low Fat and Fat Free varieties.
Smooth Cottage Cheese: At 5% fat, this is ideal for recipe dishes but also lovely as a spread or base for dips. Also available in Fat Free.
