Lancewood Cheddar has a creamy and smooth texture with a nutty flavour. Lancewood Gouda has a mild creamy taste that goes well with wine and beer, crackers, olives and fruit. It is also used on sandwiches, in fondues, sauces and baked potatoes. Lancewood Mozzarella has a very mild taste and a soft texture and is traditionally used on pizzas because it flows between and bonds the other ingredients. It is also perfect for pasta dishes, casseroles, omelettes and salads such as the famous caprese.
