At Lancewood we produce these old favorites in traditional style. Our experienced
cheese makers work their magic by changing plain milk into the wonder of cheese.
1. Cheddar: Cheddar is the most widely known and popular cheese in the world and originated in England. Our cheddar is soft and creamy with a rich flavour. A slice of Lancewood Cheddar is a treat on it's own.
2. Gouda: Named after the Dutch town of Gouda and is considered to be one of the worlds greatest cheeses. Lancewood Gouda is a traditional, creamery, hard cheese with a sweet fruity flavour. Our Gouda can be a meal on it's own or a delightful partner to fruit and wine at the end of a meal.
3. Mozzarella: Produced from low fat milk a pizza is not a real pizza without Mozzarella.
4. Feta: Our prize winning Feta, made to a traditional recipe is the newest addition to our hard cheese range. |
