INGREDIENTS:
1 x 250g Lancewood Plain Fat Free Cottage Cheese - Smooth
1 Baguette / French loaf
12 Slices Venison Carpaccio or Prosciutto
3 Tablespoons Onion Marmalade
Handful of Rocket Leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds METHOD:
1. Slice the Baguette diagonally into 1cm – 2cm thick slices.
2. Toast under a grill until golden on both sides.
3. When the toast is cool, spread a generous portion of Lancewood Plain Fat Free Cottage Cheese on each slice.
4. Top with a slice or two of Carpaccio and some Rocket Leaves.
5. Dot each slice with some onion marmalade.
6. Season with salt, pepper & mustard seeds to taste.
7. Serve immediately.
