INGREDIENTS:
1 x 250g Lancewood Plain Fat Free Cottage Cheese – Smooth
3 Tablespoons Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Muslin Cloth (sufficient to line your mould & fold over the top)
1 Coeur a la crème mould
METHOD:
Place the muslin cloth in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Once the water has cooled, rinse the cloth, squeeze dry and line your mould with it, leaving sufficient to fold over the top.
Mix the castor sugar and vanilla essence into the Cottage Cheese.
When smooth & well mixed, pour into your muslin lined mould.
Fold the muslin over the top, stand on a plate and leave in the refrigerator over night to allow it to drain.
Serve with a Fresh Berries, a Fruit Coulis or sliced fresh fruit.
