INGREDIENTS:
· 350g Lancewood Smooth Cottage Cheese
· Large tin of sliced peaches
· 90ml Plain Yoghurt
· 2 pieces ginger preserve - chopped
· 3 Tbls syrup from ginger preserve
· ½ tsp vanilla essence
· Flaked almonds (roasted) to decorate
METHOD:
Place the
Cottage Cheese in a bowl. Drain liquid from peaches and chop one third of the peach slices into smaller pieces. Add the chopped peaches,
Yoghurt, ginger, ginger syrup and vanilla essence to the
Cottage Cheese and mix well. Line a clean flowerpot with a piece of cheesecloth. (An empty margarine tub with holes at the bottom for draining can be used).
