Lancewood Creamy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients

500 g brussel sprouts
15 ml oil
1 small onion , chopped
200 g streaky bacon , chopped
1 clove garlic , crushed
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Sour Cream
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste

Method

Cook the brussel sprouts in salted water until just soft. Drain and keep warm.

Heat the oil and fry the onion and bacon until golden. Add the garlic and fry for another minute.

Add the sour cream and seasoning and heat through.

Mix with the brussel sprouts, heat and enjoy!
