Lancewood Lunchbox Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

1 litre(s) boiling water
250 g spaghetti
30 ml olive oil
10 ml salt
30 ml olive oil
500 g beef mince
10 ml ground cumin
5 ml salt
10 ml cajun spice
5 ml garlic powder
15 ml tomato paste
2 carrot(s) , finely chopped
2 zucchini(s) , finely chopped
45 ml chutney
30 ml BBQ sauce
30 ml tomato sauce
80 g LANCEWOOD® 12 month Mature White Cheddar

Method

Add boiling water to a large pot. Add the spaghetti, olive oil and salt and cook until al dente.

Strain and allow to cool. 

Add oil to a frying pan and heat to medium.

Add the mince and brown. Add the cumin, salt, cajun and garlic powder and mix through. 

Add the tomato paste, carrots and zucchini and mix through. 

Add the chutney, BBQ sauce and tomato sauce and cook until the water has evaporated and the mince is cooked through. Set aside to cool.

To finish your lunchbox prep for 3 days:
Place the spaghetti into three lunchboxes and top with the mince. 

Top with grated cheese. Seal and refrigerate for up to three days.
