Lancewood No-Bake Choc Ganache Cookies

Ingredients

Chocolate ganache filling:

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
80 g dark chocolate , melted & slightly cooled 
45 ml cream , warmed

Biscuits and dipping sauce:

320 g mini Tennis biscuits  or mini Marie biscuits
dark chocolate , melted
white chocolate , melted

To Serve:

Turkish Delight squares
chocolate balls
chocolate
nougat
cherries

Method

Chocolate ganache filling:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate and cream together until smooth.

Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese while beating.

Biscuits and dipping sauce:
Sandwich two biscuits together using the ganache. Dip in melted chocolate and place on a dessert platter.

To serve:
Serve the dessert platter with your serving of choice.
