Lancewood Spicy Prawn Ramen

Ingredients

750 ml boiling water
300 g ramen noodles
25 ml chicken stock
750 ml boiling water
45 ml Tom yum paste
125 g mushrooms , chopped
100 g prawns , deshelled
1 large egg , soft boiled
30 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
2 seaweed  squares (optional)

Method

Add boiling water to a saucepan and cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet together with the chicken stock.

Using a separate pot, add boiling water and the Tom Yum paste and mix well.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.

Dish the noodles into a bowl, ladle the spicy broth over and dish the prawns and mushrooms.

Top with the soft boiled egg, optional seaweed and a dollop of cream cheese to break the spice.

Enjoy as a hearty spicy meal!
